tasispayments.ch is the Official Payment Website of The American School in Switzerland (TASIS).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The information collected via the payment forms on this website is used exclusively by our business office for accounting purposes. Information such as full name, grade, date of birth, and address, are collected so that we can efficiently track payments and contact our customers if there are any issues with their account.

Payment and credit card information is securely sent to our payment gateway provider, Saferpay. TASIS not collected or store any credit card information.

Cookies

We use cookies on this website solely for the purpose of maintaining site performance. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Web browsers have settings allowing you to reject cookies, selectively accept cookies, or delete cookies previously accepted. For accounting purposes, we securely store your data indefinitely on our servers. The TASIS Business Office and Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. Data submitted on this site is securely collected and stored using industry standard encryption. Only authorized TASIS employees have access to the data submitted on this website and will only use that data for accounting purposes and to troubleshoot site performance issues.
